• Rollforming lines specially designed to produce high quality aluminum and steel rolling shutter profiles

Injected with polyurethane foam

The basic system includes the rollformer, foam injection machine, cut to length and punching unit for the ventilation holes.

• Complete machining lines for the following application;

External Venetian blinds, shutter boxes, suspended ceiling with T-bar structure, linear ceiling slats, open cell ceiling, plasterboard profiles, light fittings, metal furniture, door frames, roller shutter doors, sections for double glazing and pipes.

• Spraying and pouring machine for rigid foam polyurethane and Polyurea

The use of those machines is in the construction applications such as insulating roofs, floors, walls sealing, building ect.. 

• Machine for laboratory and prototyping

The machine is processing 2 component reactive systems using cold casting technology.

• Machines for hot cast elastomers

Those machines are used for hot cast elastomers 1, 2 or 3 components, including the use of MOCA as hardener. We offer various machines in different capacity.
