We offer wide range of polyurethane elastomers, used for hundreds of different applications. Products can be hand cast or machine dispensed. Many performance levels are available to suit exact application.
We offer a complete range of polyurethane prepolymers for the cast elastomer industry. The chemical backbones we offer include isocyanates such as TDI and MDI, and polyol backbones such as PTMEG and PPG ethers, traditional ESTERS, and higher performance ester types such as CAPROLACTONES.
Within each range there are numerous harnesses available (Shore A to Shore D), As well as varying pot lives.
Eratrowel Series – two and three component cold systems
1K Blocked Series – single component polyester PU with excellent solvent resistance
SDR Series – high performance elastomer with outstanding oil and solvent resistance
HTE Series – high performance systems with excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures
QCM Series – MDI based elastomers with rapid demould time at room temperature
SQH Series – MDI based systems with excellent solvent resistance
Erapol Tapecoat – a solvent thermoplastic system designed for use as binder for magnetic tape used on bank cards and airline boarding passes.

OC series – two component, optically clear systems.
GL Series – A water clear laminating polyurethane system used in security glass application.
CRE Series – A range of high performance acid resistant elastomers.
RUBBER BINDER
A range of single component, moisture cured PU. Designed to bind reconstituted rubber for surfacing solution.
SPRAY ELASTOMERS
Polyurethane elastomers used for spray applications. Very fast setting times allowing for application on vertical and overhead surfaces. Various performance types available from general purpose to extreme abrasion.

FLOOR COATING
A range of Polyurethane Floor coatings that are hard wearing, easy to maintain and will enhance the natural appearance of interior timber floors. They can be roller or brush applied to timber. Our range includes TDI top coats in gloss or satin finish.
